Small but with aristocratic dash remained from old times, situated in valley enclosed by mountains, Cetinje is old royal capital of Montenegro It treasures Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage – beautiful, sometimes even luxurious architecture from past centuries, old traditions, valuable relics and cultural spirit of the nation. At Lovcen’s highest peak, near Cetinje, one of the greatest Montenegrin poets and rulers -Njegos – is burried, in mausoleum created by one of the greatest sculptors, famous Ivan Mestrovic.
